Your brief is shared only with vetted GLAIN consultants — never sold, and never shared outside the network.
We review your brief personally.
Every project brief is read by a real person before it goes anywhere — not filtered by an algorithm. Once approved, it’s sent to vetted consultants whose industry experience and budget range fit your project. When we know someone who’s a particularly strong fit, we’ll point them to it personally.
Briefs go only to consultants at our Active tier and above, which means everyone you hear from has invested in being here.

We follow up. Because outcomes matter to us.
GLAIN isn’t finished when your brief goes out. We follow up at 30 days to find out how things went. That feedback keeps the network accountable and occasionally surfaces a testimonial worth sharing. If no one reached out, or if something went wrong, we want to know about it — and we’ll follow up on your behalf.

A few things people ask before submitting.
Is it really free for businesses?
Yes. Submitting a brief, browsing the directory, and connecting with consultants costs you nothing. GLAIN’s revenue comes from consultant memberships, not from the businesses we serve. That’s intentional — you should never have to pay to find out who can help.
What if no one reaches out, or no one is a good fit?
Let us know. Reach out at jeff@greatlakesai.solutions and we’ll help sharpen your brief, point a consultant to it personally, or help you think through what you’re looking for. We’d rather take another pass than have you end up with the wrong person.
How is this different from just browsing the directory myself?
Browsing the directory is always an option — and some businesses prefer to explore on their own. A project brief is for businesses who want the right consultants to come to them. Instead of sorting through profiles cold, you hear from consultants who’ve read your project and think they’re a fit.
Do I have to create an account?
No. There’s no account to create — submitting a brief and browsing the directory are both open to everyone.
What if I already know which consultant I want to work with?
Browse the directory and reach out directly through their profile. A project brief is for businesses who aren’t sure who to choose — it’s not the only way to connect.
